This is the standard application package. If you plan on sponsoring a candidate, please download all the files below by just clicking on the links. Newer browsers should immediately recognize them as Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files and you will be able to view the file, and then print it out. You can also save the file, which is recommended so you don't have to come here every time you need an application.

If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader (or have an older version; these files require v. 4), you can get it free from Adobe.

Renewal Weekends:
For those who have been on a Cursillo weekend, we have Renewal Weekends, which we typically have every year in February (see the Weekends page for the exact dates). You can download, fill out, and send in an application for this also.
